Cancellation Policy
Holiday Club Cancellation & Refund Policy 1. Standard Cancellations We understand that plans change. Our refund structure is as follows: More than 14 days’ notice: Full refund (minus a small £5 administration fee). 8 to 14 days’ notice: 50% refund or a full credit for a future holiday club date. 7 days’ notice: No refund or credit can be issued, as staff and resources have already been allocated. 2. Sickness Policy If your child is unwell and cannot attend: Please notify us by 8:00 AM on the day of the club. 3. Club Cancellations In the unlikely event that Creative kids holiday club has to cancel a session (e.g., due to venue issues or extreme weather): A full refund will be issued for the affected days, or a transfer to a future date will be offered. We will notify parents via the primary contact number and email provided as soon as a decision is made. 4. Non-Attendance No-shows without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
